Waypoint Legal Consultancy was established to support life sciences and healthtech organisations making high-stakes commercial and operational decisions in regulated healthcare environments. It is designed to be an alternative to large, process heavy law firms where continuity and context can often get lost.

The consultancy is led by Evelina Petraviciute, a senior lawyer with extensive experience working inside the UAE healthcare ecosystem. Her background includes advising directly with regulators, supporting national-scale health programmes, and working on clinical AI, genomics and digital health solutions deployed in live clinical and research settings.

That experience shapes how Waypoint operates in practice. Advice is grounded in how healthcare systems, institutions and regulators actually function, not how they appear on paper. The focus is on decisions that hold up under scrutiny, commercial structures that remain workable at deployment and scale and governance approaches that support execution rather than obstruct it.
