Waypoint Legal Consultancy was founded by Evelina Petravičiūtė, a senior lawyer and strategic advisor who helps healthtech and life sciences companies navigate complex UAE regulatory landscapes with speed, clarity and confidence.

Evelina trained at the University of Oxford and began her legal career at Freshfields in London, later practising at Shearman & Sterling and King & Spalding. Her background advising on complex, high value, cross border matters shapes Waypoint’s approach: technically rigorous, commercially pragmatic and focused on real world execution.

Having held senior legal roles within Abu Dhabi’s health innovation ecosystem - including at the Technology Innovation Institute and M42 - Evelina brings deep operational insight into how regulation actually works across digital health, genomics, clinical AI and precision medicine.

She also brings training in behavioural science, helping clients build legal and governance frameworks that are not only compliant, but actionable—designed for how people actually behave, not just what the law requires.
